Kiln Farmhouse

II

1753, early C19. Two storeys, 3 windows. Tile roof, brick dentil eaves; tapered
stacks at each end. Red brick walling in Flemish bond, first-floor band, cambered
arches (but ground-floor has some altered openings). Three old sliding sashes, one
Victorian angular bay on the north side. Brick porch with a pointed arch. Later
attachments. Brick on the front incised 1753; at the rear the date 1871 is marked in
blue bricks.
