Mid C19. 'Tudor' estate cottage. Two storeys, 2 windows. Tile roof, with
elaborately-carved bargeboards to 2 gables; coupled diagonal flues on a rectangular
stack. Red brick walling in Flemish bond, blue headers, red herring-bone pattern
within the gables, Dutch flat arches, plinth. Projecting casements with round-headed
coupled lights and moulded cills. Gabled brick proch with recessed herring-bone panels
in the cheeks, a Tudor moulded door frame with a boarded door. Modern outshot to the
rear, but the 3 main elevations are original.
