Late C18. Regular front (east) of 2 storeys, 4 windows. Hipped tile roof. Stucco
walling, parapet, plinth. Early Victorian sashes in reveals, with narrow edge panes;
folding panelled shutters within. Plain recessed arch to the doorway at the second
bay, with fanlight and 1/2-glazed door.
