II

1847. House of 2 storeys with single-storeyed wings at each end, the centre having a
symmetrical treatment, of 3 windows. Steep slate roofing. Tapered stacks attached to
each gable end wider upwards on brackets to form massive shafted chimneys (cut down at
the east side). Red brickwork in Flemish bond, with blue headers. Original 3-light
casements. Brick porch with a steep slate roof and pointed arched entrance, to a plain
doorway.
