C17, C18. Two storeys, 1.3 windows. Old tile roof, 1/2-hipped at east end, with
catslide at rear; shafted stack in centre of eastern unit, the west end gable having a massive attached stack, tapered and containing 9 pigeon holes, with a plinth and n incised brick with the date 1783. Red brick walling in Flemish bond, first-floor band to the main part of the front, cambered ground-floor openings, cement plinth. Casements. Plain doors.
