The following building was de-listed on 20th July 2001.

Polly Peachams Garden,


C18. Small brick-walled cube, with an outshot on the north side and an ornamental
front (south) in wood. The symmetrical facade has 3 parts. The outer frame has a
slightly-bowed reeded centre within outer mouldings, marked at junctions and
intermediately by square decorated bosses (with a crossed ribbon on each side). The
outer units are windows of a bow shape, with 42 panes above a panelled base. At the
centre is a 6-panelled door within its own architrave, with a panel above. Within, the
rear wall is of segmental plan, with seating. Above the centre of each outer unit is a
small stone pineapple.
