Early C19, early C20. Two storeyed house, the older part having a severely plain
Grecian symmetrical facade (east) of 4 windows. Hipped slate roof. Ashlar wallings;
deep eaves fascia with moulding and fillet, first floor band, recessed plain
architraves, plinth; ground-floor openings have moulded cornice on console brackets.
Upper casements, French doors giving onto a verandah with concave metal roof resting
on a wrought-iron trellis. Modern extension across the north end, with plain stucco
walling.
