Late C18. One storey and attic, 3 windows. Thatched roof, half-hipped at the west side, hipped at the east and extended to a lower eaves above an outshot, catslide at rear. Flint walling with flush red brick quoins, eaves and cill band. Casements. Boarded door in solid frame. Small modern outshot to the west end in red brickwork, with boarded half-gable.
