GV II

Short terrace. Mid C.19. Brick and flint, with a tile roof. Symmetrical
front (south-east) of 1 storey and attic, 4 windows. The roof has a
catslide at the rear, with 4 gabled dormers to the front, with cills at eaves
level. Walls of unknapped flint with brick dressings; quoins, bands at
window head and cill level, and eaves and plinth, cambered openings. Casements.
3 plain doorways with tiled hoods. Included for group value.
