SU 35 SW TANGLEY HATHERDEN

4/15 Little Goddards

House. Originally a 3-bay timber frame of C 1600 (of fragmentary remains)
with recladding and extension of C 1800, and minor rear additions since. Flint
and brick walls, with a hipped roof of C 20 tiles. Regular front (south) of
2 storeys, 3 windows. Horizontal flint panels, with brick quoins, bands and
cambered arches. Sashes in exposed frames. Plain doorway with 3 panelled
(top glazed) door, now within a glazed conservatory. The west elevation has
2 windows, similar features, and a 6-panelled (2-top-glazed) door within a
trellis porch. Brick incised C G 1807.
