9/15 Hatchetts Farm House

GV II

Farmhouse. Mid C17 extended C18. Timber-frame core, colourwashed brick,
flint and brick, and cob, thatched roof. 3 bay, 2 storey building with 1½
storey 2 bay cob addition to left. C19 2-panel door in left bay of older part
with flat hood and baffle entry in bay of flint bands and brick lst floor string
course. To left C18 3-light casement with another above. In right bays C19
2-light segmental head casement with C18 2 & 3-light leaded casements over.
Left bays have small casement with 3-light eyebrow dormer over and at left.
C19 2-light stained-glass window. Roof hipped with stack on ridge above door.
