Farmhouse. C16 core encased in brick and added to C18, C19 and C20. Timber-frame core with brick in English bond, header bond, and Flemish bond, encasing; brick additions; old plain tile roof.

Two storey, three bay and smoke bay with C18 wing to rear of left two bays, C19 wing to rear of right bay and smoke bay, and C20 wing added along left end. Front has to left projecting C20 wing with door in right side under large pent-roofed hood. Left earlier bay has two-light casement (formerly a doorway), four-light casement in left centre bay and three-light casement in right bay. All under segmental heads. Over these bays two- or three-light casements. Roof hipped to right. At right end of ridge C17 stack of large rectangular base and three diamond shafts.

Interior: frame exposed, including section to rear right which has five-light diamond-mullion window; house body has large fireplace (partly rebuilt) and moulded spine beam; chamfered beams with cyma, and bar and cyma stops.
