One of pair of lodges. Early C19. Stuccoed brick with attached rustic timber
trunks, thatch roof. Circular pavilion of 2 storeys. 8 attached rustic tree
trunk of full-height, between alternate bays full-height arched panels and
openings for 4 upper windows, ground floor with 2 windows and 2 doorways. Cast-
iron leaded casements and half-glazed doors. Wide eaves rests on stone block
caps on top of tree-trunks, themselves on brick base. Beehive-shaped roof,
surmounted by small brick stack. Side away from drive has single storey wing
with low-pitched corrugated iron roof, and boarded walls.
