7/17 Flank walls and balustrade
to the forecourt of
Grove Place House

GV II

Walls, linked across the front by a balustrade, pierced in the centre by a gateway.
C18, and c1900. The high brick walls are plain. The stone balustrade rests
on a brick base, with moulded rail and base, and two sets of ten balusters
separated by pedestals. The taller end pedestals forming the gateway are each
surmounted by a classic vase. Included for group value.
