Incorporating Nos l and 3 Heath Road. Substantial, late C18 building of
3 storeys, 6 windows. Painted brick with vertical brick eaves cornice.
Hipped, slate roof, of moderate pitch, has off-centre chimney with arrises.
sash windows with glazing bars in moulded framess on 2nd. floor. Replaced
sash windows with glazing bars in segment headed recesses which reach down
to cornice of ground floor shop fronts. The shop fronts of late C19 appearance.
No 4 has door of 6 panels with reeded cornice head and patterned fanlight
in modified Doric dcorcase with fluted pilasters, guilloche moulding to
architrave, fluted frieze and cornice with round angles and 3 modiliions.
