Group of almshouses, mid-late C19. 2 storeys, 3 windows. High pitched
roof of fishscale tiles with bands of plain tiles. Spearheaded ridge tiles.
3 gables to road, the centre one projecting. 2 tall chimney stacks in
gullys. Walls of large knapped flints with black mortar and red brick dressings.
Band at lst floor level. 2-light casement windows with margin lights,
some with rounded bars to heads. Plain doors in returns of projecting
centre section. Plaque on centre gable, now illegible.
