Timber framed cottage refaced with alternate red brick and grey headers, but massive
timber framing, with red brick infilling, visible in the north wall. Half hipped
tiled roof with large axial chimney stack, 1 1/2 storeys, attic with 1 dormer. 2
late C18 early C19 casements with glazing bars. Doorway below axial stack. Square
panel framing visible in internal wall and beamed ceilings exposed.
No 152 (Yew Tree Farmhouse) form a group with No 151, and with No 149 (Rockery
Farmhouse) and its Granary and Barn, the latter being a building of local interest.
