In 2 parts. Western section circa 1800. Red brick with stuccoed string course
above 1st floor, brick eaves course and parapet. 3 storeys. 3 windows, sashes
with stuccoed lintels, glazing bars missing. Semi-circular porch. Doorway with
low rectangular fanlight, 6 panelled door, top 2 panels now glazed, moulded architrave
and panelled reveals. Eastern section. Late C18/early C19. Stucco facade with
eaves cornice and slate roof, coped parapet. 2 storeys. 2 windows, sashes all
except bottom half of ground floor windows with glazing bars. Bath Lane facade
of painted brick.
Nos 1 to 13 (odd) Surgery and Fareham House, form a group with Nos 10 and 12 and
the Red Lion. (Surgery is a building of local interest).
