C18 and earlier C19. Formerly 2 cottages. Western side older, rendered facade,
old tiled roof. 2 storeys, 3 windows in all, sashes with late C19 glazing. Centre
door to older part and 1 storey outshut to west side. Early C19 taller, storey
red brick section adjoins to east. Hipped slates. 1st floor dormer where 2 sections
join. Picturesque.
Rose Cottage, Nos 1 to 3 (consec) Warsash Cottages and Yew Tree Cottage form a
group (all except Yew Tree Cottage are buildings of local interest).
