C18. Stuccoed facade with stringcourse cornice and parapet. Tiled roof. 2 storeys.
3 windows, sashes with boxed frames, glazing bars missing. Doorway with pilasters,
projecting cornice and door of 6 fielded panels, the top 2 panels cut away and
glazed.
All the listed buildings on High Street and Union Street, with the listed street
lamps form a group, together with Nos 1 and 2 and the Parish Church of St Peter
and St Paul, Church Place and with the Red Lion Hotel and No 10 East Street. (No
45, High Street is of local interest).
