Early C19. Stuccoed facade with cornice and parapet. 2 storeys. 2 windows sashes
with glazing bars. Doorway with pilasters, projecting cornice, rectangular fanlight
and door of 6 fielded panels.
All the listed buildings on High Street and Union Street, with the listed street
lamps form a group, together with Nos 1 and 2 and the Parish Church of St Peter
and St Paul, Church Place and with the Red Lion Hotel and No 10 East Street. (No
45, High Street is of local interest).
