C18/early C19. Part of same building with same roof as Nos 77a, b, and c. The
south part now advanced with painted brick facade, the northern 2 bays rendered.
Old tiled hipped roof overall. 2 storeys. 5 windows in all, modern shop front
in southern part. Included for group value.
All the listed buildings on High Street and Union Street, with the listed street
lamps form a group, together with Nos 1 and 2 and the Parish Church Of St Peter
and St Paul, Church Place and with the Red Lion hotel and No 10 East Street. (No
45, High Street is of local interest).
