C18/early C19 facade to timber framed house. Corner building. Facade to East
Street rendered, with coped parapet. Old tiled roof and centre chimney. 2 storeys.
2 windows, those of ground floor boarded (1974), 1st floor windows round arched,
early C19 casements with moulded architraves. Facade to Mill Street has 1st floor
jettied out. 2 storeys, 1 window, sashes with boxed frames, upper one has glazing
bars. Lower window and door boarded (1974).
Nos 2 and 12 form a group with Nos 1 to 19 (odd).
