1848. Jacobean style. Red brick with stone dressings. Symmetrical facade with
quoins, centre advanced under gable. 2 1/2 storeys. Windows, casements. Ground
floor has canted centre bay.
All the listed buildings in Osborn Road form a group associated with the Parish
Church of St Peter and St Paul on Church Path.
