C18. 2 storeys; 2 bays. Stucco with tile-hung upper part and gable end; half-hipped
tile roof. Ground floor with 6-panel door on left. 1st floor with 2 casement
windows of different sizes, that on the left with Gothic arched glazing.

No 31 (The Old House) and Roselle and No 33 (Lenten Cottage) form a group.
