Early C19. Altered. 2 storeys plus a glazed and slated polygonal cupola. Stucco;
slate roof. Ground floor with mid-C19 shop front with pilasters and entablature.
1st floor with 2 canted bay windows with blank panels below and lions' masks in
the cornice above.

No 16 together with Nos 18 and 20 and No 22 form a group.
