Probably C19. 2 storeys; 1 bay wide. Brick with the upper part hung with shaped
tiles. Ground floor with one 3-light casement window with iron diamond lattice
lights. 1st floor window modern, as are all those on the return at the right,
where the door has a modest porch.

HRH House and Way Cottage form a group.
