House. C15, C18, with C20 restoration and extension. Timber framed and brick
walls, with a tiled roof. The front (west) appears as a C18 house with a lower
cross-wing at the south end; the crosswing is a medieval house of 2 bays, built
of heavy timbers, and the larger unit is an extension from it. The front has
a symmetrical part of 2 storeys, 3 windows, with the crosswing projecting, of
1 window. Plain roof, ½-hipped to the wing. Brick walls of Flemish bond, cambered
arches, plinth; the wing has exposed framing, with a jetty and brick infill.
C20 metal casements. Early C20 gabled brick porch.
