5/68 Stable and Kitchen Garden
Wall 30 metres north west
of the Manor House.

GV II

Stable, and high wall extending from it as a border to the roadway, enclosing the
kitchen garden. Early C19. Brick and stone walls, with a tile roof. Rectangular
block of 2 storeys, with irregular openings. ½-hipped roof; walls of brickwork
in Flemish bond, but part of coursed chalkstone with brick quoins, plinth.
Altered openings, with C20 details. The wall is of coursed chalkstone with a
high plinth (marked by a brick band ), a brick weathering band surmounted by the
upper wall, of brickwork in Flemish bond.
