SU 64 SE LASHAM LASHAM

3/13 Malthouse Cottage.

Cottage, formerly a pair. C17, with C18 claddings, and C20 extension. Brick
and thatch. The building is at right angles to the roadway, the front (south-
east) being of 1 storey and attic, 5 windows. The roof has a lower ridge above
the north side extension, eyebrow dormers, and a catslide at the rear. Walls
of Flemish bond, with cambered openings, plinth. C20 casements. Boarded door
in a plain frame, with a thatched canopy on posts. Part of the rear wall has
exposed framing, bricknogged.
