Office, formerly a house. C17, C18, with C20 exterior. Roughcast walls and
tiled roof. The building is timber-framed, with recladding of the C18, and
roughcast of the C20. Front (south) of 2 storeys, 2 above 4 windows. Plain
roof, with tile-hung gable at the west end. Plain walls, 1st floor band, plinth.
Victorian sashes above casements and ½-glazed door. Inside, there is exposure
of the frame, a fireplace beam, and a C17 chamfered door-frame.
