Pair of cottages. C18. Brick and tile. Building of timber framed origin,
re-clad and extended; front (north) of 1 storey and attic, 2 above 3 windows,
with a single-storeyed west side of 1 window. Roof ½-hipped at the west side of
1 window. Roof ½-hipped at the west end, 2 hipped dormers with cills at eaves
level; massive plain stack. Walls of English and Monk bonds, cambered openings,
stone plinth. Casements. Three plain doorways, with 2 gabled porches (one wood
the other brick), 2 boarded doors and 1 of 4 panels. The rear is similar. Inside,
there is a cross-wall of heavy framing.
