Bowcott Hill
8/46 Chestnut Cottage


Small house. Early C19, extended at each side in the late C19. Stone and
rendered walls, with a slate roof. Symmetrical front (west) of 2 storeys, 3
windows (centre blank) with an extension at the south side of 1 window, and a
north side outshot. Continuous plain roof. Painted stonework to the old part
with a plain 1st floor band and a plinth: other walling is rendered. Sashes.
C20 gabled porch.
