Cottage, formerly cottage and outbuilding.C18 or earlier. Front elevation painted
brick to left hand side and weatherboarded to right hand side, rear elevation timber
framed with painted brick infill. Hipped thatched roof with off central brick
chimney-stack, 1 storey and attics; 3 windows. Front elevation has 2 eyebrow dormers
with casements. Ground floor windows also casements with cambered architraves.
Gabled wooden weatherporch to left hand side with tiled roof. Rear elevation
has 2 casement eyebrow dormers and 3 casements. Interior has exposed timbers, an
open fireplace and some wattle and daub to wall.
