2/1 Elm Cottage


Small house. Late C18, and early C19. Red brickwork in Flemish bond, cambered
arches to the ground floor openings, high plinth. Plain tiled roof, brick
dentil eaves, catslide at rear. East front: 2 storeys; symmetrical 3 windows
(centre blank). Old leaded casements. Boarded door in a plain frame.
2-storeyed rear wing (early C19) with flint walls and brick dressings.
