of the stable

Screen wall, linking the stables to the cottage, with a detached barn to the
rear, but placed centrally. High malmstone wall, of seven bays separated by
flat buttresses. Each bay has a pointed arch, most being filled but the 2
northernmost having casement windows. To the rear, there is a rectangular barn,
with its east gabled formed as a malmstone wall, with a large panel set within
a pointed arch. The screen wall masks a series of outshot service buildings,
of irregular form. Included for group value.
