Cottage, recently two cottages. Early C17 timber frame, with early C19 extension,
and late C20 restoration and minor extension. Exposed frame with painted brick
infill, some brick walling in Flemish and English bonds, small boarded section
at rear. Steep roof, now covered in shingles, with half-hip at the west end,
catslide to part of the rear: flat-roofed dormers. South front elevation of one
storey and attic, 2 above 4 windows. C20 metal casements. Two boarded doors in
plain frames. Lead Sun fire insurance sign, number 220806.
