3/7 Upper House Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Late C17/early C18. Walls of roughly-coursed malmstone with brick
dressings (quoins, some chamfered reveals, high plinth step): the rear part has
brickwork of English bond, with small sections of Flemish and Flemish Garden Wall
bonds, some cambered heads: some altered features. C20 tile roof, half-hipped
but with north gable. East front of two storeys and attic, four windows (filled
above doorway at the third bay). Casements, one splayed bay with Victorian sashes.
Plain doorway beneath a simple gable, on posts.
