GV II

Clubroom. 1873. Flint and brick, with a tile roof. A rectangular building
with the short side appearing as a gable to the front, closely-associated with
the school and imitating its appearance. The gable has a boldly-curved and
cusped bargeboard, with a finial. Walls are of coarse flint with brick quoins
plinth step, and surround to an upper panel. Oriel splayed bay on brackets, with
cast-iron diagonal frames. The stone plaque within the panel is dated 1873.
