House with a central through carriageway, which serves the driveway to Little
Boarhunt: formerly cottages but reconstituted in 1910 by Inigo Triggs as part of
the larger scheme. Lower walls rendered, the upper tile-hung with exaggerated bell-
cast, the centre having an exposed timber frame (continued within the archway)
resting on a brick base, the height for vehicles being achieved by cutting into the
ground (which is above the adjoining road level). Tile roof, with end gablets
above hips, which extend to a lower eaves. Three upper casements, one half-bay to
the north side. Plain door. Later rear extensions, in style.
