Adams Cottage
House. C16, and late C19. Timber-frame exposed on the north elevation, with brick
and rubble tilling, on a stone base: other walls of ironstone with brick dressings,
east outshot boarded. Tile roof, hipped at the east end and brought to a low eaves
above the outshot, gabled at the west. Timber-framed structure with late c19 west
extension; 2 storeys, irregular fenestration. Casements. 2 plain doorways at the
north side, with boarded doors, one having a gabled tiled hood on brackets. The
west gable has a ground floor bay with a tiled roof.
