Cottage, formerly 2. C17, late C18 and C20. Walls of ironstone with brick quoins,
cambered arches, and plinth: C20 rear extension in red brickwork. Thatch roof,
hipped at the south, ½-hipped at the north end, eyebrow dormers, with eaves
lowered, on posts, to form an open porch. A timber-framed lobby entrance house,
reclad in the c18, and extended late C20; south-east front of 1 storey and attic, 3
windows. C20 casements, 2 ground floor bows. Boarded door. Interior has massive
chimney-breast.
