House. Early, mid and late C19, the 3 phases being joined together as front,
middle and rear sections. Front unit with stucco walls having slight projection of
features; parapet with coping and entablature mouldings, quoins, 1st floor Gothic
weathering band, architraves to the upper openings, the lower being chamfered
beneath hoodmoulds, plinth. The middle section (showing as tall gables at each
end) has ironstone walls with brick quoins and (stuccoed) hoodmoulds; the rear
section has polygonal malmstone walls with yellow brick quoins and cambered arches.
North-west symmetrical front of 2 storeys, 1.1.1 windows: sashes in reveals
(Victorian to the ground floor), 4-panelled door beneath a plain fanlight. The
rearward units are 2 storeys and attic, with sash windows, the ends showing as tall
gables. Tile roof to the rear parts, single pitch slate roof behind the parapet of
the front part.
