Cottage. C17, C18 and C20. Walls of coursed malmstone with brick quoins and
plinth, timber-framed gables (one tile-hung). Thatch roof, ½-hipped with catslide
at rear, eyebrow dormers. Lobby-entrance house of timber-framed origin, with
cladding and extensions of the late C18 and late C20; north-west front of 1 storey
and attic, 3 windows. Casements, one French door. Boarded door in a plain frame.
Flat-roofed rear additions with polygonal malmstone walls, with brick dressings.
Interior: some exposure of the frame, original staircase next to the massive
chimney-breast.
