10/19 Old London
Cottage. C17, early C19. Walls roughcast on ironstone with brick dressings
(showing in part). Tile roof, sloping,roofs to 3 dormers, with cills at eaves
level. A timber-framed building, extended at the south-west end, and reclad; 1
storey and attic, 3 above 4 windows. Casements, 2 replacing doorways to the 2
former dwellings. Central C20 doorway with brick cheeks and tiled canopy. Massive
C18 tapered stack at the north-east end. C20 2-storeyed rear wing, with hipped
roof and painted brick walls.
