17/39 Nos. 51 and 52
House now 2 cottages. C17 altered C18 and C20. Timber-frame with some
herringbone brick infill, brick encased and rebuilding, old plain tile
roof. 2 storey, 4 bays. To LH 51 has central 1/2-glazed 4-panel door with
C19 canted hip-roofed bays either side with sashes. On 1st floor 2-light
casements. To RH 52 has plank door in centre. Each side C20 3-light
casements. On 1st floor 2-light casements. Central ridge stack. At LH
end large external stack of rubble stone built on exposed timber-frame.
