the description shall be amended to read:
Ruins of part of Abbey precinct wall. Late C13, most rebuilt C20. Rubble stone.
Wall starts as boundary to cricket ground some 100m west of Palace Lane Cottage, and
runs for 80m before turning on angle and then as a higher wall running another 70m,
part of which is behind Palace Lane Cottage. West half of wall 1-1 1/2m high but
rebuilt C20. Rest 2m or so high with C20 openings put through.
