Service range. C18 remodelled c1927. Brick structure, ashlar stone front, slate roof. Running from end of Exbury House, one and a half storey, 1:4:3:4:1 range. Ground floor has blind arcade of arch in each bay with impost band and architrave to arches of centre and end bays. Twelve-pane sash to centre bays, end bays and bay on either side of centre. Round window in architrave in each bay over arch. Moulded cornice and low parapet to bays between pediments in centre and over end bays. Hipped roof. Ridge stack either side of centre part and over inside of end bays.
