Schoolhouse. Circa 1830 National School. Yellow brick, slate roof. 2
storey, 3 bay, single storey wings at each end, symmetrical. Front has
central master's house with central hip-roofed porch. Five 12-pane sashes
under rubbed arches. 1st floor raised band. Hipped roof. Stacks on
return ridges. One storey side wings have 3-light mullioned and transomed
window. 3 bay wings behind. This item is included partly for its
historical value as an early example of a National School in this district.
