Cottage. Late C18 extended at either end in early C19. Built of brick (now
painted) in Sussex bond. Peg tiled roof with end brick chimney stacks. Lean-
to ends are weatherboarded on 1st floor. 2 storeys irregular fenestration.
North front has 2 gabled dormers with early C19 3 light casements with pintle
hinges. Ground floor windows have cambered head linings. Central
weatherboarded porch with C19 plank door and diamond shaped lights in sides.
Right side cambered plank door to outshut. Left side casement in cambered
surround. South front has central 3 light casement with leaded light and 2
3-light leaded light windows to ground floor with pegged architraves and
pintle hinges. Cross-shaped iron ties. Central cambered doorcase now blocked
to form seat. Wings are weatherboarded with 1 small casement on 1st floor.
Left side 2 light casement and right side plank door. East front has 4 light
casement with one original leaded light. H&L hinge cupboard door and C18 or
early C19 doors reported to interior.
